Quite a thing in modern manufacturing to have your product tainted from factory.
Stringent quality checks and guidelines usually reduce these kinds of problems to an almost unheard of occurrence these days.
The article does not mention how the contamination occurred, it would be interesting to find out. With Minimum wage here in the City at $7.10 even the fast food chains are having a hard time keeping employees and they are paying upwards of $12/hr. I wonder if a similar situation is happening down east.
In any event, check out the full article.

In Ohio, the voters just passed a bill to raise the minimum wage from 5.25 an hr to over 7.50 an hr. The fast food joints here were having trouble finding workers for the minimum wage and have been paying a little over 7.00 an hr for several years anyway. The passage of the limit increase will force the mom and pop places either out of business or force them to lay off employees or up the prices.
